Bears In Hazenmore - Wedding Season

This is a great example of what can be done with a small budget and a creative mind: the omelet-in-slow-motion montage is stunning, oddly cool, and the trumpet adds a very appropriate counterpoint. Music Video Recommendation: “In your head” by Bears in Hazenmore (Link)

Canadian indie rock band Bears in Hazenmore come to us with an exquisite blend of visuals and melodies that is “In Your Head”. The talented ensemble manages to do something that at times seems impossible and that is to truly connect the story of the music video with what the lyrics are saying yet still maintain a unique vibe surrounding each. There’s something so surreal and yet so down to earth about the song that you find it easy to connect with it. It creates a soundscape that is truly mesmerizing for all the senses allowing the song to add the everlasting and breakthrough capacity to itself. It is one of those songs that feels classic in the genre yet contemporary and that makes capable of speaking to both young and old. Enjoy!

Bears in Hazenmore's Atlas: "Cartography for Soul Seekers."

"Sounds simple, right?" Rempel asked, rhetorically. "It was a tonne of work for Kelsey but in the end she absolutely nailed it. I can't think of anyone else who would have been able to bring such a ludicrous idea to life the way she did.

Bears in Hazenmore - Wedding Season

Cuts a classic indie jib alright, light chords that offer a relentless calm and then there is the crowning glory in Brady Frank's vocals (a little Ben Bridwell) which are so rich I'd have been so in without the brass.
